The mission of the Immunization Program is to decrease the burden of vaccine-preventable diseases through the implementation of interventions aimed at increasing immunization rates. The immunization program is responsible for surveillance and control of vaccine preventable disease in the community.
The City of Milwaukee Health Department Immunization Program manages the administration of vaccine at all of the Health Department Clinics - see below for free immunization clinic times and locations. If you have questions about immunizations or need help locating immunization records, please call (414) 286-8034.

This fall, the Milwaukee Health Department will have four immunization clinics on Saturdays. The first two clinics will be held on September 27, 2008 at the Keenan and South Side Health Centers between 10:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. The second two clinics will be held on October 11, 2008 at the Keenan and South Side Health Centers between 10:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. Please see below for clinic addresses or click here for an English/ Spanish flyer for additional information, including clinic addresses.
