Mayor Barrett Will Deliver UWM Commencement

Milwaukee, WI -- Mayor Tom Barrett will deliver the winter commencement address for the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee graduation ceremony.  The event will be held at the U.S. Cellular Arena, 1 p.m., Sunday, December 18, 2005.
