Filing a Complaint

One of the Fire and Police Commission’s goals is to ensure that members of the Milwaukee Fire and Police Departments carry out their duties in a professional and respectful manner.

If you believe you were treated unprofessionally by a member of the Milwaukee Fire or Police Department and wish to file a complaint, please call (414) 286-5000. Complaint forms can be mailed to you or you can click here to download the two-page complaint form. Print the form, fill it out, and return it to the address on the form. Be sure to keep a copy for your records!
