It is no longer necessary to contact our office regarding retire employees who are rehired. They now fall under the same rules as a "new" employee and can be enrolled based on the same criteria as "new" employees.

Earnings should be posted for all qualified hires, including temporary employees, who have previously been members of the system. It is no longer necessary to contact ERS regarding an employee who has a break in service. Please be aware that ERS is no longer issuing pension numbers. If you have any questions regarding enrollment, contact Lovella Buford, Enrollment Administrator, x8404, or Mary Jane Stoffel, Member Services Manager, x2155.
