The Selection Committee meets to establish rules and procedures for the Youth Council as well as establishing guidelines for applying for and evaluating potential Youth Council members

The Common Council receives a proposed set of procedures and rules for Youth Council applicants. These are both heard by the Community and Economic Development Committee. The Common Council approves the proposed set of procedures and rules.
