Short Game Tip
How often do you find yourself on the golf course faced with that ten-yards-or-less shot? Most golfers I see spend too much time on the long game and neglect the short game—the putting, the chipping, the pitching.
One of the fastest ways to reduce strokes from your score is to develop a good short game. My philosophy is to get the ball on the ground and rolling as soon as possible, and remember to remain consistent by changing your club not your technique. Don't get into the bad habit of using that favorite club around the greens.
I suggest maintaining the attitude to always putt the ball when you can, only chip the ball when you can't putt, and only pitch the ball when you can't putt or chip.
