State Statutes

Chapters 5-12 of the Wisconsin Statutes govern the entire election procedure.   It is highly recommended that the candidate and his treasurer review these laws.   Violation of these laws is enforced by the District Attorney's office.   Questions on complying with these laws should be addressed to the Election Commission office at 414-286-3491, or the State Elections Board at 608-266-8005.
