Description: Sparky is an adult Dalmatian who likes to appear in full fire fighter protection clothing at all times

Identifying Marks: Sparky has three freckles on each side of his muzzle and five spots on each ear

Personality: Authoritative, yet friendly. Special appeal for children, but adults enjoy Sparky's cheerful demeanor, too

Philosophy: A positive approach to communication fire safety advice

Mission: To reduce the burden of fire on the quality of life
