Provides information and assistance about public and private benefits for older adults aged 60+.
Resource center staff can help you determine if you are eligible for funds that can help with long-term care and daily living.
You can get information about both public and private benefits and services including the Family Care system and Medicaid fee for service.
We also provide information and screening for functional and financial eligibility for the Family Care benefit and Medicaid fee for service system.
There are also many community based services and supports that can help you maintain independence and a good quality of life.
