CLOSING OUT SALES
The Consumer Environmental Helath division protects consumers from misleading or fraudulent practics by regulating, licensing and monitoring the advertisement of "going-out-of-business-sales."  Business may make arrangements to apply for a "Closing Out Sale" License by calling (414) 286-3674.
