Crime is still a pressing issue in the City of Milwaukee. I have been successful in the past spearheading efforts to bring more police to Milwaukee streets. We still don’t have enough trained police on our streets and so to keep a strong police force patrolling our neighborhoods and as budget season approaches, I will continue to fight for the policing we need to keep our neighborhoods safe.

I encourage residents to continue to participate in block watch and neighborhood organizations as well because active neighborhood groups are a great deterrent to crime.
