Supervisor Lipscomb (second from the left) is pictured at the groundbreaking with family of David Sculz as well as Parks Director Sue Black, Supervisor Chris Larson, and Supervisor Gerry Broderick (Chair of the Parks, Energy and Environment Committee).


Supervisor Lipscomb rode on a hybrid "Bus Rapid Transit" or BRT that could be used to modernize the Milwaukee County Transit System fleet in the coming years.
