Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Make First St. Patrick’s Day OWI Stop

Milwaukee, WI – Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating a crash that occurred on SB 894 at Beloit Road at 12:12 p.m. The driver of a red Dodge Stratus struck a silver Honda Accord from behind and then rolled into a grassy area just off the freeway. The incident occurred as road construction forced traffic to stop. Paramedics transported the driver and passenger in the Dodge Stratus to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Potential OWI charges are pending against the driver of the Dodge Stratus. Evidence suggests that alcohol may be a factor in the crash.
