At 2:45pm, deputies responded to a crash at 48th Street and Good Hope Road. A motorist struck a county truck as workers placed cones along the roadway. Deputies arrested a 45-year-old Milwaukee man and will recommend charges of : OWI 2nd, Prohibited Concentration 2nd, Keeping Open Intoxicant in Motor Vehicle (Driver), and Failure to Yield Right of Way. The driver's PAC (prohibited alcohol content) was .26, three times the legal limit. The driver also had a three-year-old child in the car when the incident occurred. The driver was previously convicted of OWI in 2000.
