Milwaukee, WI - Milwaukee police officers arrested an off-duty Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputy early this morning for substantial battery. Deputy Bobby Oby and a female companion were arrested after an altercation near 35th and Fond du Lac. Oby is 21 year veteran of the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office. He is currently suspended without pay pending completion of an internal investigation.
