At approximately 6:50 a.m. a semi rolled over on I-43 northbound at North Ave. The semi was carrying metal tubing that spilled from the trailer, into the grass. The far two left lanes are open and traffic is flowing smoothly. Road conditions will return to normal in about an hour after the truck is removed from the highway.
