Two lanes on westbound I-94 east of Mitchell Boulevard are closed after a semi-tractor trailer rolled over around 9:20 this morning. The truck rolled onto its side after the load shifted. Speed was a contributing factor.The driver was hauling kegs of beer. There were no injuries reported, no other vehicles involved in the incident.
