Jan. 23 - Milwaukee Police have arrested a 32-year-old Milwaukee man for cruelty to animals after he left two dogs outside in bitter cold temperatures without proper shelter, food, or water, causing the death of one of the dogs. Citizens are reminded that the Wisconsin Humane Society is an available resource when a pet is no longer wanted.
