“Most Wanted” Suspect Arrested

Feb. 6 - Members of the MPD’s Neighborhood Task Force – Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested one of Milwaukee’s 10 Most Wanted. Wesley Vann was arrested at about 10 p.m. on February 5 in the 3200 block of N. 2nd Street.

Vann was wanted for False Imprisonment and Battery for a November 2 incident where he forced his way into his ex-girlfriend’s car and drove her and their child around for two hours while threatening and battering her. The victim eventually was able to escape, but Vann continued to drive around with the child until eventually leaving the child with an acquaintance.
