Mar. 9 - Edward Bernard Burgess was arrested on Milwaukee’s north side on March 5. Burgess was wanted for First Degree Intentional Homicide and Felon in Possession of a Firearm in connection with the homicide of his cousin on February 17 in the 10000 block of W. Fond du Lac Avenue.
