Feb. 20 - Officers from MPD’s Neighborhood Task Force have arrested one of Milwaukee’s Most Wanted. Howard L. Jeffers was arrested on February 19. Jeffers was wanted an armed robbery that happened in the 2600 block of W. North Avenue on August 24, 2008.
