Locations and Schedules

The City of Milwaukee Health Department (MHD) is headquartered at the Zeidler Municipal Building, 841 N. Broadway, in downtown Milwaukee. MHD operates clinics at Keenan, Northwest and South Side Health Centers.

Below are the clinic listings for our three clinic locations.  Before visiting one of our clinics, please call to verify hours. Schedules are subject to change without notice.  For immunizations:  Please bring immunization records with you for the person(s) receiving immunizations.
