 Infomation Regarding the Sale of Food for the 2009 Milwaukee Great Circus Parade 

In order to sell food on the parade route for the Circus Parade you must have the proper City of Milwaukee Health Department permit(s) and you must contract with Circus World/ Major Goolsby’s for a special permit. (As the Health Department does not issue refunds on licenses and permits, we suggest you contract with Circus World/ Major Goolsby’s prior to paying for a Health Department Permit.)
 
There will be a limited amount of assigned location permits issued by Circus World/ Major Goolsby’s. Information on the special permit is available at  www.majorgoolsbysfestivals.com 
Without this special permit, you will not be allowed to sell within 500 feet of the Circus Parade route.

Sanitation and Safety Training for Mobile Food Vendors

The City of Milwaukee Health Department and the Milwaukee Police Department have created a short training video. Operators may arrange for a training session at their establishment by calling (414) 286-5746.  At the end of the session, the operation will be given a copy of the video which is in both English and Spanish.
