How To Resolve A Problem

Due to changes in state law, the City of Milwaukee no longer regulates cable television or video services programming services. Customers who are having problems with their services should contact one of the following:

Time Warner cable television customers:

• Phone Time Warner Cable's customer care center at (414) 271-9283, or e-mail Time Warner Cable .
• Write to Time Warner, ATTN: CUSTOMER SERVICE, 2323 N. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Milwaukee WI 53212-3980 . Include your name, address, phone, and cable account number. Describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include your desired outcome. 

AT&T U-verse customers:

• Phone AT&T's customer care center at 1-800-288-2000.
• Go to AT&T's website  and use their e-mail link to report service problems.
