The Consumer Environmental Health Division issues permits for and inspects bed and breakfast establishments. Applications for this permit can be obained at the Health Department main office. Contact the Department of City Development at (414) 286-8211 for information regarding other city permits and approvals that may be required.

Chapter HFS 197 of the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code
