19-Year-Old Felon Arrested With Gun

May 1 - Milwaukee Police arrested a 19-year-old man shortly after midnight on May 1 after officers saw him toss a handgun from his jacket pocket. District 5 Officers Chad Boyack and Nathan Fager saw four individuals loitering in the roadway in the 200 block of E. Burleigh. As the group began to walk away from the officers the suspect pulled a .25 caliber handgun from his pocket and threw it on the ground. The suspect was arrested and the officers learned that he is a convicted felon and on probation for a drug offense. He will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office for possible charges.
